How to order your first product in an online store? Instructions! How to buy on AliExpress: the most complete guide How to place an order without payment in the Aliexpress mobile application

Happy Friday everyone. On this day there is usually no special desire to work, there is a great weekend ahead, so many people like to hang out in some online store, see what’s interesting there and the like...

To be honest, I didn’t think that there were no detailed instructions on the Internet for ordering on the website aliexpress.com - as a rule, or only registration, maybe they will show you how to order, and then how to track what to do if the seller cheated or sent some kind of crap - for some reason no one writes. So I decided to write detailed instructions how to order on Aliexpress

Briefly about Aliexpress.com

Aliexpress- this is not a store as many people think, if in very simple words - it is a market, and every product that is there is sold by some person, or organization. In turn, the aliexpress.com platform is a certain guarantee that they will send you exactly what you are waiting for, and the seller, in turn, will receive your money.

How does payment work and why shouldn’t you be afraid to buy here? Surely many are held back by the fear that they will be deceived and nothing will be sent. Based on my experience, I can say that there is a possibility of fraud here, but there are some tricks that will allow you to get your money back (or rather, not even a trick, but simply knowledge of how everything works). We will talk about all this today!

How to register on Aliexpress.com

Go to the official website Aliexpress and in the upper right corner we find the Register button (By the way, everything is much simpler now than two years ago; we could only dream of the Russian language, in this moment translated b O most of the site)

Here is the registration form (Hello English) which you need to fill out. It must be filled out at English! language The Chinese are smart people, but they don’t know how to read Russian. Due to the fact that I have a lot of friends who studied German at school, filling it out doesn’t cause such difficulties. To translate Russian text into translit into English, the translit.ru service will help you. Just type the text in Russian and click the button there "In transliteration" and receive the text in English. For example, if you don’t know how to write Last Name and First Name, then I enter my own: Vasiliy Grigorev, and he will translate it into Vasiliy Grigorev. It's simple :)

Below is an example of a completed form, I think everything is clearly written there as to what to enter and where. Filled out? Great, click Create Your Account

At this point, registration is completed; it is highly advisable to confirm your email. To do this, click on the link in the letter that was automatically sent to you by email.

Although you can make your order without confirmation, but then, if I’m not mistaken, after a certain time your account will be removed, which is not good.

Place your first order on Aliexpress

How to choose products on Aliexpress can be told forever, and everyone probably has their own schemes and secrets. I want to tell you how everything happens. There are main differences on the site: paid/free delivery, its type... and single sale or lot, and there is also often a minimum order amount.

With paid delivery, I think everything is clear, you will have to pay for delivery, its price depends on what you ordered and the delivery option. But with a lot and a single item, you need to be more careful. There are enough items on the site that are sold only by lot. What does it mean? for example, you found an interesting T-shirt, and there is a lot (5 pieces)... this means that the minimum order is 5 T-shirts. You cannot order 7,8 or 12, only 5 pieces the required number of times. I think this is also clear

The minimum amount is often found for very cheap goods; sellers usually mention this either in the name of the product or in the name of the trading platform.

So, I found a product I liked (By tradition, the first order with Ali is a watch)... let's look at what we see on the product page and what we should pay attention to. The most important thing is seller rating and product rating in particular. The seller's rating is on the right (I have highlighted it with a red frame) and it currently shows that it has 200 sales in the last 6 months and 97.1% positive feedback.

I have highlighted the product rating with a green frame. (quite often the seller with good rating you can come across frankly unsuccessful positions, so look carefully at both the rating of a specific product or seller), it indicates how many people were satisfied and the number of sales over the last 6 months.

At the very end of the description there are reviews, look carefully, some very cunning sellers may attach a picture with reviews instead of real reviews - don’t be fooled by this! Only those who have ordered this product can write here. (See only informed reviews, if you are not comfortable with English, then use the Chrome browser or online translator from google), however, there is a nuance, if the person who received the product did not leave a review here, then it is automatically marked as positive after a certain time, so I repeat - pay attention only to meaningful comments!

We are happy with everything here and we press "Buy Now". If you are ordering for the first time, as for example now in my instructions, then Aliexpress requires us to fill in the delivery address. Please note that in the Contact Name field you must indicate Full Last Name First Name Patronymic, otherwise the parcel may be sent back to the Middle Kingdom (As was the case with several of mine at the time of the adoption of this interesting law)

Select the country in the line Street Address we write the street and the house (and who has an apartment), City- This is your city, State/Provice/Region- this is our area, and Zip/Postal Code- this is our usual addressee index

The next window is an order confirmation, carefully review what you are ordering, and if there are no errors, then click "Place Order". From this moment the order has been placed and you cannot cancel it yourself. (I’ll write about this a little later), the next step is payment.

With payment everything is elementary, I think the picture below will tell you better than any description... The only caveat is that if you don’t have a plastic card, then you can use a Qiwi wallet, there you can create both a virtual and real map, I wrote about this in detail.

What should I do if I placed an order but then changed my mind? As many have noticed, we cannot mark the order we placed. To do this we need to write to the seller. How to do this, as well as how to view order statuses, go to “My Orders”

In the picture, I specifically used the English version, since it often happens that you jump from the English to the Russian version and vice versa.

Let's look at the "My Orders" menu... all your purchases on Aliexpress are collected here, to contact the seller you just need to click Contact with the envelope icon, pay attention to the 3 buttons

Confirm Ofder Received— You confirm receipt of the goods
View Detail— Show order details
Open Dispute- Open dispute

So, let’s figure out what the process of buying and selling and delivery of goods to the end consumer looks like. When you pay for the goods, the money remains on the Aliexpress site, the seller will receive it only when you click Confirm Order Received ( Important note! If you have received the goods or the delivery time has expired, then the order status is automatically transferred to Completed and you will no longer be able to return the money!). If the seller has not sent the goods or the wrong thing has arrived in the mail, then click Open Dispute and describe our complaints (very preferably with a photo), but this must be done before the time for ordering has expired and before you have confirmed receipt. After all this, you will no longer be able to open a dispute and in case of a problem you will not get your money back!

Click View Detail and see a detailed description of the order. There is time to complete the order and you can immediately open a dispute. Also in this window you are given a track code for tracking, we will now look at how to use it.

If you have questions about a specific order, please click Contact Now!

We track our parcel

To find out where our package is you need to go to the website Russian Posts. Of course, there are many more convenient services, but the most up-to-date information is always only here.

Enter your Mail ID and the code from the picture, you will find out where your package is now. You should not check the shipping code immediately as soon as the Chinese sent it to you; there is a 99% chance that it is not yet in the system; it takes time for it to appear on the Russian Post website. As soon as the status is "Came to the place of delivery", then you can go to the post office to pick up your order without waiting for a notification 😉

What to do if you have problems

Unfortunately, it also happens that the seller did not send the goods, gave the wrong tracking code, or sent something completely different from what you ordered. In this case, you should first write to the seller. If he ignores you or uses vague replies, then feel free to open a dispute. Keep in mind that if you closed the dispute, you will not be able to open it again, so be careful!!!

Well, that's all Enjoy the shopping! Maybe someone ordered from other stores? Unsubscribe 😉

In contact with

Many people still don’t know how to buy on AliExpress or are afraid to do so. We will show you the purchasing process from start to finish and tell you about all the associated nuances.

Registration and first steps

You can search for products without registering an account, but when you try to buy something you will be asked to create a profile. It is needed to access order history, wish lists, communicate with sellers, and statistics.

How to register

Registration form

The corresponding button is located in the upper right corner of the site. When you click on it, the registration form opens. You need to enter your email address, first and last name, and password. You can link your Facebook account; in this case, you don’t have to enter your email: it will be filled in automatically.

Personal account “My AliExpress”

After registration, you can go to your profile. Here are orders, messages, reviews, wish lists, disputes and so on. At this stage, you can only add a delivery address; everything else is not needed yet.

How to add an address

To add delivery addresses, go to the side menu item of the same name. There may be several addresses. This is convenient if you plan to send gifts to friends and family. When paying for your order, simply select the one you need.

Add address form

You only need to fill out the form here in Latin. It is important. Chinese sellers do not have keyboards with Cyrillic and, perhaps, even an encoding that displays it correctly. Everything, from the name to the address, must be written in transliteration.

Sellers don’t care what they put on the parcel. But the postmen will scratch their heads until they understand what you meant by Lenin Avenue or Boulevard of Peace.

  • Receiver name- indicate your full last name, first name and patronymic.
  • Street, house, flat- simply write ulitsa Pobedy or pereulok Mostovoi. The post office will understand.
  • Postcode - important point. Even if you make a mistake with the address, the postal code will ensure that the shipment reaches the right place. You can find out the index of the nearest branch.
  • Telephone/mobile phone- do not forget that numbers must be entered in international format, starting with the country code.

Product selection and purchase

Now you can go shopping. Don’t rush to order the first product you come across and chase the lowest price. First of all, a few nuances.

Which language to choose

AliExpress automatically includes Russian language. If you wish, you can choose any other one or switch to English. For convenience, it is better to leave Russian. The only time this will do more harm than good is reading the descriptions. A crooked translation can lead into such a jungle that you won’t immediately understand what it’s all about.

How to search

AliExpress search results

There are millions of products on AliExpress, it's easy to find what you need. It's harder to choose from thousands of search results. You can search in Russian. If there are no results or you are not satisfied with them, try formulating your request in English. To narrow your search, it is useful to use filters and additional functions sorting.

  • Price- weed out products that are too expensive or look for them in a certain price category.
  • Free shipping- you can immediately filter out cunning sellers. These people include part of the cost in the shipping price to make their products look cheaper.
  • Only by piece- filter out offers for wholesalers.
  • 4 stars or more- do not waste time on low-quality products.
  • Sort by- choose sorting by the number of orders or seller rating - you won’t go wrong.
  • Ships from- for popular products there is an option to ship from local warehouses, choose it if you don’t want to wait a long time.
  • Group similar products- the option should remove similar products from the search results, but it does not work perfectly.

For example, you need a LEGO minifigure of Darth Vader. That's what we write in the search. We choose free delivery, piece goods and sorting by the number of orders. The desired figure appears already in the fifth position in the search.

Which seller to choose

Product page with description and other details

Several sellers have these mini-figures. Which one to choose? In this particular case, you can simply choose at random; the product costs a penny. When buying expensive things, it is better not to do this. Your choice determines the quality of the product, whether it matches the description, and whether you will receive it at all. We open several potential options in new tabs and carefully look at the following:

  • Rating- the same medals, crystals and crowns next to which the points are displayed. The rating is calculated based on positive reviews for the entire existence of the seller. The higher it is, the better. This is an indicator of reliability and reputation.
  • Percentage of positive reviews- the percentage shows the ratio of positive customer ratings to the total number of all reviews over the past six months. Should be as close to 100% as possible.
  • The number of orders- there should be a lot of them. People won't buy bad products. Choose the seller with the largest number of orders for this product.
  • Product rating- product quality on a five-point scale based on customer reviews. Products with hundreds or thousands of orders usually have a rating of 4–4.5 or higher.
  • Reviews- this is the most important thing, you can safely start the comparison with them. Carefully study what people who bought it write about the product, what they say about the seller, how long delivery takes, and so on. Very helpful.

With the mini-figure, everything is simple: it has a minimum price and the first seller has more than two thousand orders with an average rating of 4.7 points. You don’t have to look any further, let’s take this one.

Order and payment

After searching and choosing, you need to place an order and pay for the purchase. In fact, payment does not go through immediately, but this no longer depends on us.

How to order

To order, click the “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” button. It depends on whether you are going to immediately proceed to payment or whether you want to continue shopping and pay for all the goods together. Please indicate the size, color or model, as well as the quantity of goods. Please note that price may vary depending on color and model.

Confirmation of an order

After clicking the purchase button, you will be taken to the checkout screen. Here you can double-check all the data about the product (color, quantity), select a delivery address if you have several, and also leave a comment for the seller, use a discount coupon and select a delivery method.

The standard shipping method is ordinary shipment without tracking (ordinary). For inexpensive purchases, as in our case, this does not matter. For valuable goods, you should choose a delivery method with a track number (registered). The final price will increase by 1.5–2 dollars, but you will have peace of mind and will be able to track all the movements of your parcel.

What you need to know about payment

Selecting a payment method

Clicking on the “Place Order” button will take you to the payment screen. Here you need to select one of the proposed methods available for your country.

  • Map- credit or debit. The simplest method that most people use.
  • QIWI Wallet - online wallet, which is easy to top up through terminals. An option for those who do not want to use cards.
  • WebMoney, Yandex.Money» - electronic payment systems. A convenient option if you get money for them.

Payment is the most popular method. Don't be afraid of it: it's absolutely reliable. All your data is sent over a secure connection and is visible only to AliExpress, but not to sellers. We recommend choosing this option.

Which card is suitable?

Any Visa and MasterCard cards that support online payments are suitable for payment. AliExpress works with rubles, so Russians pay with a regular ruble card. Residents of other CIS countries cannot avoid automatic conversion in the standard currency of the site - dollars.

To pay for your order, online transactions must be enabled on your card. Many banks have special Internet cards, they are often designed specifically for purchases. The map can be virtual; its maintenance is relatively inexpensive. Before paying for the goods, you need to know the following details:

  • Card number- those same 16 digits.
  • Validity- month and year of expiration. Four numbers on the front of the card, for example 12/19.
  • CVV code- three-digit security code on the back of the card. For virtual cards, you can find it in the application or on the Internet banking website.

How to pay

Select the payment method “Card” and proceed to filling out the form. Just enter the card number and expiration date, CVV code and owner's name.

Payment by card

Click on the “Pay Now” button, your bank’s page will open, where you will need to enter a transaction confirmation code (it will be sent via SMS or via a mobile application). This depends on the type of card you have (you can check with your bank).

If you made no mistakes anywhere, you will receive a notification that the payment was successful. The card number can be saved and linked to your AliPay account. You won't have to enter it in the future. This way you will save time on your next purchases. But this is not necessary; you don’t have to bind anything.

Receiving an order

The product has been selected, ordered and paid for, leaving the most tedious part - waiting for delivery. After a few weeks of waiting, the parcel will be at your office and can be picked up.

How to find out the status

The seller must prepare your order, package it and ship it to you. You will be provided with a tracking number if your chosen shipping method provides this. AliExpress informs you about all changes in the status of your order via notifications by email and in your profile on the website.

History of orders

Go to the “All orders” section and look at the status of the latest products. There may be several of them:

  • Payment expected- you have confirmed, but have not yet paid for the order. After the allotted time for payment has expired (can be found on the product page), the order is cancelled.
  • Payment verification- AliExpress processes and confirms the payment transaction. Usually takes up to 24 hours, but during sales it can take 2-3 days.
  • Expected to be shipped- the seller processes your order, packs it and prepares it for shipment. Usually 2-4 days depending on conditions, they are indicated on the product page.
  • The order has been sent- your purchase has been transferred to the delivery service and is already on its way to you. This takes from 15 to 60 days.
  • Confirmation received- you confirm receipt of the order.
  • Completed- the deal is closed. Appears after you have confirmed receipt of the item.

On average, delivery takes approximately 1–1.5 months. If you pay the seller extra for a tracking number, you will be able to track where your shipment is at one time or another all this time.

Package tracking

The seller must add a tracking number to the order within three days after shipment. It will appear on the order line. Here you can view brief information on it or use third-party tracking services.

Data on shipments is updated no more than once a day (or even less often). It makes sense to check your order 2-3 times a week. Once sent, it may not be tracked for a week. Do not panic. Often, sellers assign a tracking number to the parcel in advance, while it lies at the post office for several days and awaits dispatch.

How to receive a parcel

So, the package has arrived. It can get to you in two ways: the postman will put it in Mailbox(this often happens with small packages) or will bring you a notification that there is a shipment for you that needs to be received.

More often, a notification comes and you need to go to the nearest post office to pick up the parcel. In this case, you need to take your passport and the same notice with you.

Upon receipt, carefully inspect the parcel and if the integrity of the packaging is damaged, request an inspection report. Even if everything looks fine with the package or box, it’s a good idea to check the contents right here at the post office and record the whole process on video. In case of misunderstandings, you will have evidence for the seller and a chance for a positive outcome when it comes to a dispute.

At home, when you fully test the product, do not forget to leave a review and rate it. This will help other buyers make their choice.

Guarantees and protection

Sometimes you can run into low-quality or damaged goods, or even not receive your order at all. For such cases, AliExpress provides buyer protection. It provides a guarantee of compensation or a full refund in case of an unsuccessful purchase.

How protection works

The protection is valid for a certain period. It depends on the delivery time specified by the seller, and on average is 60 days. If during this time you do not receive the product or it does not correspond to the description, you can open a dispute. After reviewing it, AliExpress will return the money spent or provide compensation.

detailed information about the order

You can find out the expiration date of protection in “My Orders”. Just click “Details” next to the desired purchase. If the protection ends and you still haven’t received your order, it can be extended. This is important because disputes can only be opened for orders in the “Sent” status or within 15 days of receipt.

How to open a dispute

Usually, the delivery of goods depends more on our mail than on the seller. If enough time has passed and still no parcel, you can open a dispute and request a refund.

Open a dispute button

The button of the same name is located in the order details in the “My Orders” section. To open a dispute, you need to fill out the form. Indicate the details of the problem and the amount of compensation that suits you, and also attach a photo. In some fields, simply select ready-made options, in others, write details.

After considering the arguments on both sides, AliExpress makes a decision on a refund (if the product did not arrive) or compensation (if the wrong size, model or poor quality product was sent). This takes from two weeks to two months. Most often, the administration of the trading platform takes the side of the buyer.

Nowadays, virtually no one will be surprised by virtual shopping. In most countries of the world, online shopping has become an everyday reality. Now, thanks to the Internet, you can buy anything without leaving your home. Shopping online does not require time and effort; it is much easier to find a product on the Internet, and online stores operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, all year round. Another advantage of online shopping is that the cost of goods in an online store is usually significantly less than the cost of their counterparts in a regular store.

Shopping online is very easy, and you start by finding a store.

To search for an online store, you can use any search engine, for example, google, yandex or rambler. In the search bar, enter the name of the desired product and the search engine will quickly give you the addresses of the necessary sites. Then, when you choose a suitable online store, you will be able to find the required product using the store catalog.

In an online store, it is best to buy a product that does not require, so to speak, special evaluation, for example, books, household appliances, and the like, or a product that you already know or that you saw in a regular store. This will allow you to avoid many negative aspects that may arise, for example, when purchasing cosmetics and perfumes.

Of course, you shouldn’t make a purchase in the first online store you come across. First, you should compare prices and offers in various online stores in the network, and then start purchasing the product.

It is possible to avoid many troubles by observing basic rules of caution. It is better to use the services of trusted online stores where friends or family have already made successful purchases. It’s also worth looking into the “black lists” of online stores that were caught in. They are freely available online.

In general, many factors can indicate the reliability of the site on which you plan to make purchases. To begin with, you should pay attention to what the online store website looks like. You can trust only those stores that have specific information about the location and telephone number on their website. Sending personal data, addresses and payment must be made only over a secure connection. The padlock symbol in the corner indicates that the connection to this site is secure.

Also pay attention to the price of the product. You should be wary if a branded bag or designer perfume, the real cost of which is around three hundred to four hundred dollars, costs twenty dollars in an online store. Even on the Internet they cannot be that cheap.

First, read the terms of sale, payment, delivery and return rules of the selected online store. Most likely, you will need to register on the site. There is no need to be afraid of this, this is done for your own convenience.

You can order the selected product online or by calling the specified operator numbers. If you order online, simply click on the selected product in the store catalog and it will be placed in your shopping cart automatically. If you change your mind, you can easily remove any item from your cart. The principle of operation is the same as if you were walking around a supermarket.

Once the product has been selected, you can begin placing your order. You will be asked to determine the method of payment and delivery, as well as indicate the address where the purchases need to be delivered. Delivery time can be negotiated separately. When you place your order, expect to be notified of your order by email or phone call. Good online stores will even provide you with information about the progress of your order and allow you to track the entire process of its processing.

Payment and delivery of goods

There are many payment options: it can be made by various payment cards, electronic money, cash on delivery or cash upon delivery of goods by courier. And many banks are now issuing special virtual cards for paying for purchases via the Internet. It is safest to pay in online stores with these cards.

When paying for purchases, do not provide passwords and PIN codes of credit cards: they are not needed for transactions. And if they are required, then we advise you to be wary.

Delivery will be carried out by mail or couriers. Upon receipt of the ordered product, we advise you to carefully inspect it from all sides and make sure that you received exactly what you ordered. If you were not delivered what you ordered, or the product is defective, you have the right to refuse the product and demand a refund. Carefully read the signed papers and save receipts, checks, and warranty cards. Often, only if they are available, an exchange of goods or a refund of money is possible.

By following these simple rules, you will receive a lot of positive emotions and understand that virtual shopping can open up great opportunities.

What does a modern person not do on the Internet - meet people, fall in love, play, participate in political discussions... and - make purchases in online stores! Why are they needed - aren’t there enough regular ones? Yes, sometimes it’s not enough... many times I managed to purchase books from online stores that never appeared on the shelves in our city, and sometimes it happened that it was cheaper in the online store even taking into account delivery...

Even if you already have a favorite online store, you shouldn’t go there right away: first look for the product you need through search engine- in Yandex, for example, there is a special section for this - “Market”, where links only to stores are provided (while “in general” for the same book you can get links to critical articles, reader impressions on blogs and etc.) – but you still shouldn’t limit yourself to the “Market”: not all stores may be displayed there, so rummage through the links.

When choosing where the product you need is cheaper, you should remember that the cost for you will consist of two parts: the actual price of the product and the cost of delivery (sometimes it happens that it is more profitable to take the product itself a little more expensive - but save on delivery). By going to the store’s website, read the terms of payment and delivery (usually these links are called: “Payment”, “Delivery”, “How to order”) - this should be done in advance so that when placing an order it does not become clear that you can only pay by bank card, which you do not have, and delivery is only to pick-up points, which are not in your city). Usually the cost of different delivery options is also indicated here. The options may be the following:

Delivery by courier;

Point of delivery of goods (a list of their addresses by city is attached);

By mail.

As a rule, courier delivery is the most expensive, and delivery to pick-up points is the cheapest (I even came across a store where they charge 10 rubles for one book - well, that’s really money!). But not every store offers all these options.

Payment methods also differ in variety:

C.O.D;

Bank card;

Postal transfer;

Electronic money (YandexMoney, Webmoney, etc.)

Mobile payment;

QIWI wallet.

Again, not every store will offer you full list(for example, some companies are “afraid” of cash on delivery, since the client theoretically may not redeem the parcel).

Usually, when paying by cash on delivery, stores charge the most money, but this method also has advantages: firstly, you don’t have to worry once again (pay when receiving the parcel), and secondly, this is the only case when you pay “after the fact.” With prepayment (which includes all other methods), there is some risk that the company will receive your money, and then it turns out that “the goods are not available from the supplier” - and you will not be able to get your money back. True, they will not disappear - they will remain in your account, and you can spend them on some other product from this store.

Finding a suitable option is not always easy. So, last year I had to suffer quite a bit with a Christmas gift for an Ethiopian friend (it just so happened that the money I could have spent on it was on Webmoney) - and I don’t remember how many online stores I looked at: here Webmoney is not accepted, there they do not send it outside the CIS... but whoever is looking for it will always find it!

So, you have found the optimal ratio of “product price – method and delivery price – payment method”, and you can place an order: click the “Buy” or “Add to Cart” link (it’s called differently in different stores). Then follow the link “My Cart” (or simply “Cart”) - there you will see a table that will indicate the name of the product, its price, quantity and total cost of the order (look carefully: what if you accidentally pressed the “Buy” button twice – then you will receive the goods in duplicate (and pay accordingly)... it’s better to check in advance and correct everything).

If everything is correct, click the “place an order” link. Some stores require you to register to place an order, others offer to decide for yourself whether you need registration or place an order without it. It’s better to register: then you can track the status of the order in your account: whether the company has already received your money, whether the goods have been sent or not... some stores even tell you the number postal item(if delivered by mail) - and you will be able to control the operation of the mail).

Well, then everything is simple: click the “Next” button and follow the instructions (you will be asked to choose a method of payment, delivery (be careful: check the wrong box - then you will have to cancel the order and start all over again), if you chose postal or courier delivery - you will be asked to enter your address. After placing an order, many stores send an email with a link that you need to follow to confirm the order (don’t forget to do this - otherwise the order will be canceled after a while).

After that, all you have to do is pay (if you have chosen one or another prepayment method) and wait for the courier to ring the doorbell, or for a parcel notice to be placed in your mailbox, or for you to be informed ( by email, by telephone or both) that you can pick up the goods from the collection point.

By the way, for this you can use both the “slider” to select from 1 to 10 pieces of goods, and the field for entering the quantity of goods (from 1 to 10 and more than 10).

In the cart, under the list of products, you will find a field for entering a discount card code (entered in Latin with a capital letter) or a discount coupon.

At the stage of placing an order, please check your contact information, select delivery and payment methods, and the point of delivery (for courier delivery, please indicate the most complete address - it will be easier for our courier to find you). If you have any wishes or clarifications, fill out the “Comments on the order” field - we will try to take them into account.

Click the “Place an order” button and voila! – the order has already been processed!

Please stay in touch - the operator may call you to clarify the details.

As soon as the order is ready for pickup at the pickup point, we will notify you via SMS. Our courier will call you about an hour before his arrival.

We will not be able to complete your order if you incorrectly indicated your city at any stage.
